By purchasing a license via Whop, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Bettrix AI dashboard.

No Sharing: Licenses are bound to a single user. Sharing your license key with others will result in immediate termination without refund.
No Reselling: You may not resell or redistribute our data or predictions.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through Whop. Because Bettrix AI is a digital software product with immediate access to proprietary data, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional offers or required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Whop Hub to prevent future billing.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:

Payment Data: We do not store or see your credit card information. All transactions are processed by Whop and their payment processors (Stripe/PayPal).
User Data: We store your License Key and Email Address (provided by Whop) in a secure session cookie to keep you logged in to the dashboard.
Usage Data: We may analyze anonymous usage patterns (e.g., which leagues are most popular) to improve our algorithms.
